A Canberra clinical psychology practice supporting adults, adolescents and children. The website was designed to feel calm, clear and welcoming, while making it easy for new clients to understand the practice, meet the clinicians and know what to expect before making contact.
The brief
HeartSoundMind offers clinical psychology and psychotherapy for people of all ages, with experience across trauma, grief and adjustment. They needed a website that reflected the care and professionalism of the practice, while making information about services, clinicians and appointments easy to find and understand.
What we did
We designed the site around clarity, reassurance and ease of use. The visual style uses soft colours, natural imagery and generous space, while the content is structured to help visitors quickly understand the areas of support available, who they may be seeing and how appointments work.
The result
A calm, professional website that reflects the tone of the practice and makes it easier for people to understand their options before getting in touch. We continue to host and look after the site, so the practice can focus on its clients rather than the technical side of the website.
